AI Recruiter — Privacy Policy
This policy covers the AI Recruiter service at hire.businessinteldna.com, operated by Wealthboosterpro LLC, doing business as Business Intelligence DNA (“we”), on behalf of employers who use it to receive job applications.
What we collect
- What you tell the recruiter in chat, by text message or voice note: your answers to the job’s screening questions, name, mobile number, email, experience and availability.
- Document photos you choose to send (for example a driver’s license when the job requires one) and what our system reads from them.
- Your interview time, a record of your consent to receive texts (time, IP address, browser), and basic technical logs.
How we use it
Only to process your application for the employer you applied to: to ask the next question, check the job’s requirements, schedule your interview, send confirmations and reminders, and give the employer an English summary. Automated answers are reviewed by people at the employer, who make every hiring decision.
Who receives it
The employer you applied to. Service providers that run the service for us: OpenAI (language processing), Twilio (text messages), Resend (email), DigitalOcean (hosting). We do not sell your information.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
How long we keep it
Document photos are deleted automatically after 30 days. Other application data is kept for as long as the employer needs it for hiring and record-keeping, then deleted.
Your choices
Reply STOP to any text to stop messages (see SMS Terms). To see, correct or delete your information, email support@businessinteldna.com.
